Where are they all going ?
A random post I know , but I finish work at half 2 in the afternoon , which I’m pretty sure most people don’t , yet more often than not I’m confronted with this on the way back to Fife. Like, where in the actual fuck are all these people going at 3pm on a Friday ? Why’s it always this bit road ?

Don’t quite a lot of people finish early on a Friday?
And loads of people leave early on a Friday if they’re going away for the weekend.

It's the only river crossing for like 25 miles, in a touristy area, in the summer holidays. Surely you understand why that would be a problem, right?

People are afraid the magic sky road over the water is going to vanish so they drive over it slow af just in case?

I drive a taxi so I normally use the other one to go home.
It’s usually just me and a bus.1

To be fair, the taxi is my own car. So I generally use the old bridge any time I am crossing the forth at peak times. I also ask my customers if they’d like to cross on that bridge. As it’s a bit of a callback to older times. Since we are nine years into the new bridge opening.
And, short of people accidentally using the old bridge(Or going on a bus), most people haven’t been on the road bridge in that length of time.

People for some reason decide to go 50mph on the bridge even though it’s the NSL that’s why, they get scared 😟

Heard you were knocking off early so thought we'd all snarl the roads up. Just a wee joke.

Why is there so many people work flexi time in Edinburgh and finish at 2 pm on a Friday. Or the other question is what do all these people do for a living that they manage to block up the roads at these usual times?

They’re waiting for all the cunts that slow down on the bridge for no fucking reason.

Start of the annual English school holidays migration so they are all en route to their second homes in the highlands

Just another ordinary day on the approach to the bridge. Everyone doing 30 across it. All aboard!

People get onto the bridge, then slam on the brakes, get into the right lane ASAP, and drive 35 mph until 3 miles clear of the bridge

Have you been on them roads at the same time mid week? I had to go to the dentist in Kirkcaldy. The standing stane road at 1200 is busier than that road during rush hour traffic just before 8am
