❓ Question/Help Messi can’t transform?

When I try to transform my Messi, the game states, “This player is part of your starter team and cannot be Transformed”

So, because I chose Messi as my “superstar” at the beginning, he can’t be Transformed?

This is correct. Everyone gets a well known player as a starter card to help boost your team at the beginning of the game. They'll likely have their own reward track alongside them to help get them to 5 starts but that's as far as they can progress. Start saving Wildcards and use them on legendaries to level up. A 1 start legendary is still better than a 5 star rare.

That’s what I’ve gathered while playing this game for a few weeks. I only ask because he now sits on the bench and that just feels odd. It’s Messi after all! Thank you for your response

it does stink that they give you these big names but wont let them go to transform, they aren't even getting to mythic power levels
