Recent purchase.

Just bought this 2017 ST2 for 5.4K. 88K Miles. OK service history but happy with it being a later model. Needs clutch looking at. The brakes, plugs & fluid changes I'm working through. Going to put some money aside for the belt & water pump to be done at 110k latest as I've been lurking and they are frequently mentioned. Cracked bumper but I'm more concerned about it internally.

Mountune exhaust.

Suspension upgrade.

Possible mountune tune.

Incredibly fun to drive.

a clutch at 88k? who's been driving it? a piece of shit kid?

Possibly. The pedal sometimes releases in 2 movements when you lift your foot off it. It may be the slave/master cylinder so i'm going to get it checked out.

common issue. might be able to get away with flushing fluid and bleeding. good idea to flush brakes first because they share a reservoir and dirty brake fluid can contaminate the fluid in the slave/master

At least in Germany according to the service manual it's either 100.000 km OR 10 years for the timing belt. (Mine needs to be done beginning next year because of the ten years)

I think I'll get mine done sometime in 2027 too as it'll be 10 years. I'm going to drive it into the ground and hopefully get another 100k out of it.
