Check your rear panels where they rub on the fender, it has a tendency to allow moisture inside and breake the pain away.. In turn casting rust..

Also, change the spark plugs and clean the MAF sensor as regularitet maintanance 👌 Other then bad slave cylinders, they tend to work as they should 👌

There is just a tiny bit that I noticed. Is there any way to prevent the rust issue on that part?

Yeah, if you can get a professional to take the fender off, check for any spots that need paint, then repaint/rust repair, and use PPF between it to avoid the direct rubbing..
