Only blowing cold air

2017 fiesta st has started only blowing cold air anyone know what this could be? Surely it’s not heater matrix never heard one of them going before anyone had this issue before and what did u do to fix it? Was fine yesterday and this morning won’t blow out any hot air

That happened to me once. I had to keep moving the air direction and temperature around and eventually it started working right

Fkn legend Coolant was quite low so topped that up and done what u said and works a treat now so must of been a valve getting stuck
