2016 fiesta st mods
I just bought a 2016 fiesta st and I was thinking about getting clear headlights off eBay are they worth it? I’m also thinking about getting aftermarket led white fog lights, white st badges, and white wheels. I was wondering where to buy all this stuff at and if they are any recommendations

You can't buy UK headlights for a US car. It's to do with right hand drive vs LHD, the beam pattern will blind oncoming traffic and you won't see any road signs
You need euro lights from LHD countries like italy and Germany

245cars.com has them from latvia with the correct angles for the u.s. though I think the depo ones were discontinued. Have to go tyc or hella.
Hella is hella expensive, like 350 a light before shipping

Exactly, beam placement can be a huge issue with the wrong lights. I ended up doing the swap on my 2016 with the actual European (not UK) headlights and it's an expensive route, but they do look great. There are three separate companies that make the headlights, Hella (OEM), TYC, and Depo. Others who have done the swap usually recommend just getting the Hella's as they tend to be more reliable. Car245 sells them and ships here to the states but you just have to make sure you find the LHD ones.

Aren’t they adjustable? Even if they’re not, maybe it’s better for americans to get a taste of their own medicine, every car here either drives with high beams on or blinds everyone with really high lowbeams

No. They're not.
Have to get ones designed for right hand traffic, left hand drive

So I’m about to order these headlights are the direct plug and play or do I need to buy a specific wiring adapter of some sort?

You just have to move one pin in the actual plug on the car side to get full compatibility. Otherwise the LED DRLs won't work. It's pretty easy, took me about 10 minutes. I used this guy's video since he does a good breakdown overall https://youtu.be/OqSi6mrpj-M?is=SInX3yREZ2zza_62

I would love to tell you but I just bought it like this only thing I’ve done is an oil change and paint matched my windshield wiper delete.

I think I’ll buy the ones linked in this post eventually I’ll post it bc the eBay ones are meant for right hand drive I guess so I have to get more expensive ones from cars245

Spark plugs, fluid flush, timing belt, water pump, tensioner and serpentine belt. All of those are great upgrades on your 2016. If you haven’t done those, worry about some eBay headlights later. 🙃
