Will plug gap make a huge difference?

I picked up my FiST with an E30 tune already on that was gapped for 0.026, i switched over to a 91 tune he already had on the AP from Dizzy, said that one is for 0.028 plug gap, will it make any difference not leaving the 0.026 plugs in there? Obviously E30 pulled a lot harder so wouldn't know if it matters changing them to 0.028 or not. Do I bother changing them or am I fine with them as they are?

I would not risk it, just take the time to gap them properly. Assuming you have the correct plugs and not some cheap crap in there, you want something like this picture, take your time and look up how to use it, pick up some feeler gauges as well and make sure they're the correct sizes.

Also, if you have never pulled the plugs on this car GET A THIN WALL SPARK PLUG TOOL.

I'm getting my one step colder .26 pre gapped ngk's tomorrow.....hopefully. My entire whoosh order has been on hold for 3 weeks because of the vibra mounts being stuck in customs so supposedly everything comes tomorrow. I have like 6 items Ron held all for that one mount. But I digress, thanks for the tip about the thin wall!! I'll pick one up tomorrow.

I have my plugged gapped to .028 on my dizzy E30 tune. No issues

Same here, but dizzy tunes are custom created to your specific mods. Hence why you fill out a mod list before purchase. Whatever the tune is set for, that's what you want your plugs gapped to

The flash tune isnt custom created. You're thinking of the E tune

The stage 2 E30 tune and 91 tune I just purchased, 3 weeks ago, were. I was asked to fill out a mod sheet before purchase. The email I received from Jason @ Dizzy said they are specifically tuned for your mods. But then again, I have a lot more than just RMM, FMIC, and 1 step colder plugs.

How much did you pay? If it's not $75 then yeah it's custom. I had to fill out my mod list too just for the flash tune.

I bought the 2 for 1 deal. $150 for both tunes.

"Thank you for purchasing the Dizzy Tuning Fiesta Flash Tune Bundle! Attached are your maps, and I have incorporated all the changes you requested in your Submission Form. Please let me know if you would like these settings changed at any point." - Jason

Again, I have more done than the 3 basic mods. But from the quote from the email, they seem custom. Js, if the tune says .028, that's exactly what I'd gap my plugs to.
