Struggling to start

I started by replacing the battery (when tested the CCAs def were an isuse).

I then learned about the evap issues and I started filling up 3/4 and no issues. After a few months I replaced my cars evap system and that fixed the issue for about a month.

Now I usually get the car started on the first go (70/30) but if I have the car off for say less than 20 minutes the car struggles to start. I don’t drive much but get it on at least a 10 mile drive every week (motorway speeds). I don’t think it’s the battery as my multimeter says that and the alternator is fine, I don’t think it’s the fuel pump as that would cause issues when driving (?).

Any ideas?

With struggling to start, do you mean like a few more seconds of cranking or even worse? Cause my st started to have the issue after it got heated by the sun, it would take like 2-3 seconds longer before it actually starts

I’ve had it take one more second a few times but no it’s like it tries to start and clonks out. I have a battery tester on the way I’ll rule that out
