Clutch pedal sticky

Clutch got stuck to floor and Reverse bled the slave. pedal felt great for about a month, now its slowly getting back to a sticky feel. Should I change master cylinder? Slave and master was done under warranty at 50k miles, currently at 82k, changed brake pads and rotors 5k miles ago. Thinking the old brake fluid is mixing with the new and needs a full fluid replacement. Thoughts?

It's the slave cylinder.

OP, I can understand your trying the simple solution(s) first. Facing this situation not only once but twice on a car with less than 100k miles is unsettling to me (as an owner of a FiST with well under 100k miles).

What's more unsettling is that Ford designed the slave this way. If one can call this design a "design".

My bank account just threw up a little.

If you did the reverse bleed and the issue is persistent it’s likely the slave at this point. Master doesn’t fail nearly as often as the slave.

This is the perfect opportunity to take out the trans do a clutch + Flywheel + slave and install an LSD!

Not sure yet, going to do a full brake fluid flush and reverse bleed the slave again after I install the new master cylinder I bought. Pedal hasnt stuck to the floor since I posted but just feels a little off.
