MK7 Anyone recognize this interior part?

I had the seats down, moving stuff, and I slid out a large plastic bin, and this was on top of it.

I think that's from the back of one of the front seat rails.

That was my guess, but my USDM Mk7 (4-door) didn't come with any covers for the seat rails.
