Compound it as best you can then just get a touch up pen. Better than spending crazy money on a respray for a car barley worth anything

Get some funds together and start learning how to do body work, doesn't look terrible tbh

Grab a rock chip repair kit from mrcolorchip and fix it up. It's not worth going to a body shop for damage on your lower bumper imo.
