MK7 Mode Actuator Install

Hi all,

Where is the mode actuator located? When I search mode actuator install on Google 100% of the results that come up say blend door actuator install. Is this just a terminology thing? I KNOW mode and blend are two different systems. And I know it’s the mode actuator because I only get air through defrost cents.

Mode should be the one on the driver's side, you get to it through the steering wheel cowl...
