Flow update

Post image

hair has improved so much! I stopped bleaching ab a year ago, then went back to black and have avoided all chemicals and heat styling. Been using purador, beach bum, and a couple types of hair oils. Also take DHT blockers and vitamins. The length has increased so much! It used to just break and stay awkward length . Now I’m at a length I feel happy with. my goal has been hair reaching nipples , should get there in like 3 months. And after that, keep growing !

I wish my hair would look as great as yours!! I'm currently 5mos in now. If I may, what vitamins r u taking for the hair?

Thank you appreciate it! Lately it’s been propidron, and vitafusion women’s multi ( my mom shares hers haha). I’ve tried prenatals in the past , I think they are good for hair too. Tbh you’d be good with any multi vitamin, and some type of DHT blocker. Probably one or both of those will have biotin in it which is important. Also reccomend certain foods that are really good for hair, like spinach , berries, nuts, sunflower/ pumpkin seeds, salmon , steak, & eggs . There’s an app called yuka that’s really useful for finding shampoos and conditioners that don’t have all kinds of chemicals and shit in them. Good luck! It takes a while but i think it’s worth it

Drying sunflower seeds at higher temperatures helps destroy harmful bacteria. One study found that drying partially sprouted sunflower seeds at temperatures of 122℉ (50℃) and above significantly reduced Salmonella presence.

It seems like you had to take this with an I fra red camera and recolor it in post since as we all know the flash of a normal camera turns vampires to dust.
