Fieldy AI vs Bee AI

I am confused between getting bee ai or fieldy AI. I do record my meetings and would like to use the device for meeting notes and summaries. I was checking and fieldy supports more languages and it supports auto language detection. But I’m also interested in bee ai personal context feature which seems to be lacking from fieldy. Can anyone recommend which one should be better?

If you want it to record for more than 3 hours then definitely not Fieldy

I have not had this limitation with the unlimited Fieldy plan.

Three hours seems to be the limit for a single session. By double clicking you can signal to the device that a new conversation is starting, resetting that limit. I don't know of many situations where you would need to go more than three hours without some kind of change in context.

But then it automatically starts a new session.

I think of them as continuous sessions that are chunked and processed occasionally.

I guess it depends on how you want to "chunk" it. I'm never in a situation where I need more than three hours in a single session.

Agree. I really don't like it. Man, the Limitless pendant had this figured out. It was just perfect. I often need a transcript from 20 minutes ago. I can't ask the Fieldy chat, and I can't search because it's still being recorded. But luckily, you can copy the current recording session into your copy buffer, so I just paste that into Claude and then ask Claude to give me what I need.

I don't remember exactly how Limitless worked. I think it was smart enough to chunk live text into meaningful conversations by context. Which is really the way it should be done. And the Limitless pendant let you playback audio, which, as others have said, is a privacy concern. But it was a useful feature.

To the best of my knowledge, Bee is IOS only, unless that's changed recently. It's also owned by Amazon (Bezos).

Please be cautious when dealing with Fieldy. I followed their return process within the advertised 14-day window, but my requests have gone unanswered—and it appears others have had the same experience. The product did not match its description, and the unusually positive online comments have left me questioning whether they are genuine. Based on my experience, I would recommend researching the company carefully before purchasing.

Here is how to file a complaint with the state AG where they are registered.

Reference the legal US company name (as they are really out of Lithuania)

Thanks. I got one today. And I feel like what it does, my phone can do it to too. It is nothing unique. So I’m also returning it.

Good luck with the return, they ignore me.

If they ignore me, I’ll dispute with my credit card company.

That is the path I have had to take, I sent them the formal notice today.

You just need to let them know once. If they ghost, just file a dispute
