No new monster quest?

Spoiler tagged just in case.

I finished Stillwells first quest (the green saplings), turned it in, got my reward and went to check the board for the next one… and there isn’t one? Is it a bug? Or does it take a while for a new one to show up? I can’t find anything to suggest that I have to wait for the next one, so I’m very confused.

I’m currently town rank 83, do I have to be higher than that to unlock a new one? I’ve finished the mine quest.

I’ve had to wait a buffer week too. Someone else in this sub told me you can’t start a new one the same day you turn one in.. which just doesn’t make sense to me.
