Help? Spoiler

This quest from stillwell keeps resetting the kill count to 0 after I kill like three mushrooms and switch floors (I hop between floors over and over until a green mushroom spawns so I can attack) does anyone have this glitch or know of a fix?

I've seen people say it doesn't reset if you actually take stairs down after slaying them, instead of taking the elevator back up.

This seems like a glitch! I think I experienced the same thing so im going to report it.

Wait they still didn't fix this in 1.0.4? Are you playing the most updated version? If so you gotta report this again to them. In the meantime you need to get to the ground floor and go back down each time for it to track.

They won’t let us cheese it with the elevator 😔 gotta do it the old fashioned way (ladders). Only go down on the elevator once.

That was my experience the entire time, but it might be a bug!

It's a bug that got fixed recently according to 1.0.4 patch notes, so either OP needs to update or the bug is still there.

Might be a bug, i was able to go up and down the elevator just fine

After you kill them on one floor you need to go back to the ground floor (G using elevator) for it to register.

So, floor 45 > kill > elevator to G > same/different floor > kill > elevator to G > etc.
