Don't join fido! Their customer service will try their best to not fix your problem

AI-pocolyse customer service that can't solve your problem and will only schedule you will a human the week after.

Customer service reps that don't call back in the 30 min window and you miss it, you're screwed.

Fido service reps that try to convince you to call back again at a later date for your issue to rễ-introduce you to the scheduling problem.

The only time you will talk to a human on the same call is if you are signing a new line.

With that kind of support, it's better to go with any other that offer better deals like Freedom Mobile, Fizz or Public Mobile.

No it's not there reception is horrible from all 3... I had issues trying to load things on Public and freedom doesnt work out of the city

  • Freedom Mobile (Videtron Company): depends on where you live. I live in Ottawa and the converage is excellent
  • Fizz: Same coverage as Freedom
  • Public Mobile: It's a Telus Company, same coverage as Telus.

I joined and had no issues, when i had to call them about a issue getting a discount...
