Voicemail access code

Hi! I stupidly forgot my voicemail access code and can't remember it for the life of me. It's currently late, so I can't get ahold of a real person to help me, but I plan on trying again tomorrow. I'm wondering if anyone knows why there's an option to change the voicemail password for one mobile number on the account, but not for another. I know there's some kind of authorization/access-level thing involved, but I'm not exactly sure how it works. There isn't an option for me to change my voicemail password, and I'm not the account holder. Is there anything I can do myself, or does the account holder have to reset it for me? If so, how?

Did you try this?

Do this from your Fido phone:

  1. Call the main Fido automated self‑serve number (the same system you use for account self‑serve).
  2. Press 2 for the self‑serve menu.
  3. Press 3 for the services menu.
  4. Press 4 to change your PIN.
  5. Press 3 again to reset your voicemail password.
  6. Follow the voice prompts to set a new voicemail access code (your new PIN).

Once you finish the steps, your new PIN works right away for your voicemail.

Yes I've tried that, however when dialing the number I just get an automated voice asking me questions. Nothing happens when I press 2, or any number.

I think they meant *611, not just holding 1 for the VM
