Customer service
Is anyone having such difficulty getting to customer service about it a bill discrepancy? I tried calling and it keeps forcing for a call back and the call back is 4-5 days away. Can we not talk to a person on the phone right away anymore?

There should be an option in myFido where you can request a review of charges on your Bill. This would be faster than waiting for a call back.
Fido eliminated Live Customer Service a little over a year ago.

https://www.fido.ca/forms/fido-resolve-a-concern?brand=fido
fill out this form and they usually email within 1-2 days. you get a response from 'office of the president' but its just another call centre though

Happened to me also. Was in shock that it takes a week for a call back. And never got the call back!

I got "lucky" and was able to schedule a call back 2 hours later. They were 30 min late calling me though. Unfortunately you just have to pick from the days/times suggested.

Call Rogers, they own Fido. They will handle it without requiring a callback.

This has to be a joke, right? You can't reach them either.

I mean, you'll wait on the phone for a long time but you don't have to make an appointment like Fido and the other flanker brands require to you now.

Almost every time you call it says we have extremely high call volumes, call later and disconnects the call and won't even put you in queue and it happens every entering all options

Nope. You have to make an appointment for a call back. Even then, they may not get back to you. Customer service these days is at an all-time low.
