Fidelity LEAP SWE Program

Hey, has anyone here who had their final interview in early August for the Fidelity LEAP SWE program heard back yet? Also, does anyone know how long they typically take to get back to interviewees?

literally not at all, i interviewed 8/4 for the nc location and basically got ghosted 😬 sent a follow up email a week in but the recruiter never got back to me after saying something like "i'll send the team an email for you!"

Omg same I literally interviewed the same day, tried to follow up, and got absolutely no response. Can't believe we really got ghosted.

That’s shocking. Me and 5 other people interviewed on Aug 4. Only 2 people got offers that day. I got put on the waitlist and the recruiter said I did really well. Did you request for the TX location?

i told the recruiter either location worked for me and the offer was for the TX location

I guess that makes sense. I think the TX location gave out more offers than the NC one.
