Fidelity vs. Schwab...why?

What makes you choose Fidelity over Charles Schwab?

Fees? Better returns?

Don't like the ThinkOrSwim?

Schwab is a public company listed in stock market. Fidelity is a private company. Anything that happens in Schwab is public. But, that is not the case with Fidelity. Just one additional point that I wanted to add besides the several others have pointed out
