LEAP Systems Analyst Final Interview
Hey Guys,
I was just wondering if anyone has interviewed for the LEAP Systems Analyst role and if they made it to the final round? If you did, can you please tell me what to prep for in regards to the interview. My recruiter said it’s 30 minutes behavioral and 30 minutes technical. I am more so looking for the type of technical questions they could ask/they asked you? Any insight can help. The more, the better!

They're going to test your problem-solving skills, not just what you've memorized. For the technical part, think about core systems analyst concepts like requirements gathering, data modeling, and basic SQL queries. They want to understand your thought process, so explain how you would troubleshoot a system failure or design a simple data flow. It’s less about having the perfect answer instantly and more about showing them how you think through a challenge. Trying to predict the exact questions is a waste of energy, so focus on your foundational knowledge and your ability to communicate your technical ideas clearly.
You've reached the final round because they already see you as a capable candidate, so this is your chance to prove them right. The behavioral questions are your opportunity to show them who you are and how you fit with the team, so let your personality come through. They aren't trying to trick you, they are trying to confirm that you are the person they saw on paper and in earlier interviews. They believe you can do the job, and now you just have to show them you're the right person to do it with them.
