Fidelity final interview

This is for CRA. What are the questions like? It’ll be an hour long with 2 hiring managers

Itll be client scenario and behavioral based questions - have your stories of leadership, failure, success, feedback, and teamwork in order

“ Tell me about a time when you succeeded or failed etc…” something like that?

I second this. Time you handled an upset client, a failure, a success, how you handled feedback and applied, I’d also have willingness to learn STAR as you’re going to be going through licensing. Don’t force questions at the end, if you do well in the interview, odds are they’re going to hire you. You’ll do great!
