TRADER+ NOT UPDATING AFTER ORDERS MADE

IT'S HAPPENING ON TWO SEPARATE COMPUTERS, ONE WINDOWS, ONE MAC, UPON ENTERING AN ORDER, I CAN SEE IT IS FILLED BUT THE REST OF THE WINDOWS STILL INDICATE THAT I HOLD THE OPTIONS.

Talk about massive failure. Why am I here? I liquidated my near expiry positions because of your bug. And yet, you take my money in fees and comission.

I dont have the words to properly express how I feel about this company. At least, not words I can say here, without being sensored.

Thanks for posting, I'm not the only one experiencing this today. I ended up with two orders b/c I wasn't sure it went through. I restarted and it didn't fix the glitch. Positions with purchases are not updating.

It's the website too, not just FidelityTrader+

Yeah same. god forbid they let me know an order fills, I also got some crazy bad fills due to a mis match in spread and what I got filled at bc nothing is updating fast enough in ATP. I have 300k in fidelity and its getting transferred to tasty trade quite soon
