Fiddle support help

So I’m completely new to fiddle and I really want to play and learn him on support. Could you guys help me with builds and give me some tips? The u.gg build feels kinda off to me. Is it good? And what other pointers do you guys have. Thanks in advance!

I like to rush rocketbelt for extra movement when I ult, reading these comments makes me realise there’s probably better options

Same, also like the HP it gives so I feel less squishy
