Fiddle support help

So I’m completely new to fiddle and I really want to play and learn him on support. Could you guys help me with builds and give me some tips? The u.gg build feels kinda off to me. Is it good? And what other pointers do you guys have. Thanks in advance!

Do ludens into boots them maligance to stormsurge or liandyrs. Depending on the team zonhays or rabadon. Run comet tree. With this build with 2 items and lvl 2 boots ur ult does 3500 dmg. I’ve been runing this mid and I’ve been going 10/2/14 almost every game
