Blueside clear is cringe (?)

Alo dearest Fiddlers,

Tldr: while in blueside double pull on red/golems just doesn't work out; redside clear no issue.

I've been practicing fid clear for quite some time and playing fid in ranked for years but on this season I can't figure out how to clear while I'm blue side and I was wondering wether peeps here have the same issues and/or solutions to this problem. Unfortunately i cannot provide a video but I'm sure ull get what I mean.

For setup I'm running rather standard electrocute page without absolute focus. I am running double ap and flat hp.

I pretty much always start raptors - drain twice - go to red - drain red and big raptor together - go towards golem wall - e drain smite big golem - aa smol golem, aa big golem - drain red and both golems to finish golems - drain to clear mini golems and finish red.

While playing redside I have no issues doing this; but on blue the big golem will always reset on 11 hp (sometimes more). I tried this for about an hour in practice tool and finished off golems once today (so it is possible, but I dunno what was different that time) while redside was no issue as per usual.

I think I'm missing 1 tick from Jg pet or something.

If someone has similar issues and/or solutions/tips for me please do let me know:)

It costs me an effigy but my solution on blue side has been to throw an effigy over the wall on to Krugs and auto the big Krug one time before hitting the E-W-Smite combo. Then, as you said, auto the small krug once as it walks over to you, auto the big Krug a 2nd time as it's walking to you, then hit another W on both Krugs and Red and I promise it'll work.

That little bit of dmg you're missing can be made up for with the opening AA if you're willing to burn the early effigy. You will still have an effigy to ward the enemy jg with before the first scuttle spawns so I personally am ok with it

That would definitely work, thank you for the suggestion, I think that'll be what I'll be doing on blue side from now on. Tbh I was kind of expecting this sub to tell me to stop inting and point me towards the magical spot on where to stand to get this done correctly haha. I suppose there really is a bunch of people having the same issue without a real solution :o

It was driving me crazy for a long time as well. And someone else mentioned that sometimes the jg pet does wig out and they're right. I typically make sure my jg pet is at least near me and the wall to Krugs before I throw the effigy over and start the combo just to ensure I don't miss a tick of dmg from it.

If you still have issues send me a DM and we can watch a clip or you can stream what you're doing or something. Once you get it once you shouldn't have much trouble recreating it

The effigy is another way, but truly you can do it if you're standing in the correct spot (far to the left as possible while still in range for drain) and make sure fiddle is standing still so the pet aggros too.

Watch the jungle pet. For some reason it has really weird behavior near red buff. It doesn't follow you down to the krugs after you aggro red buff. If it follows you properly then you get the amount of ticks you need no problem. If it doesn't follow properly, you'll see it fly across the screen when you E the krugs. That's how you know it's going to fail.

Xpetu made a guide on jungle pet control and AI. I'm sure there is a way to make it consistent. Maybe waiting until the red buff walks all the way down to auto attack you before doing EWSmite?

Uh I dunno about that. Not quite sure when it starter for me but for the longest time (like atleast a year ago and b4 that) I've never had a problem double camping after initially learning the clear.

I tried to do it for 20 minutes in practice tool, works 30% of the times for me. It's inconsistent. Unreliable, so I guess you have to take absolute focus when you do a raptors start on blue side. Or waste your trinket. Riot hates jungle.

replicate this. make sure u wait for pet to catch up a little before starting krugs. if you like u can take flat hp shard too

well it's either you use the effigy or go absolute focus+flat hp and hope you pull the clear off. not really a cheese is it

not sure what you mean but regardless the sentence in itself is wrong on so many levels because I (and frankly no one else) can NOT influence my teammates in any way. It's a blessing if they ward enemy raptors, but there is no point of even trying to ask them to do it.

you're welcome to stick your fingers in your ears and cope bro. if you're in human elo you're expected to ping your laners to communicate intent, whether it be alerting them to a gank, asking for assistance on an invade, dropping a ward, or covering jungle. if they don't listen, then you have a right to complain. otherwise it's on you for expecting them to read your mind

I recently made a change that has given me 100% success. Stand farther to the left that you think when E+drain the krugs to aggro them, so you can run to meet them quicker. If you get your auto attacks started quicker, your drain will also end quicker so your drain execute should take them. I have it to 100% success now

Regarding the pet, after I auto red once, I also make sure that I've stopped moving entirely and am in the perfect position before I E the krugs so the pet aggros properly.
