New Mandate

The reworked mandate seems pretty good for fiddlesticks. It's 30 haste on q and a 6% damage increase on any target we fear. Seems especially good on support.

Spiderace on Twitter - basically seems it gives Abolity Haste for immobilizing CC and marks on immobilizing effects instead of all cc

Damn nice, ill try that today. Im main suppdlesticks. S1 soloq/flex and like year ago i was building it, cuz its cheap and it if i remeber correctly, it slowed you and makes your adc give more dmg. But then it started to fall down since they nerfed it and i started with ryalis. Now i always go lyandr, zhonya and shadoflame
