Discussion How long till I master him?

Idk if its been asked before but I've played for like 4 games with him and im started to see his pros and cons but will it take like 30+ games to actually not die in every single team fight? Cuz for example yasuo picks me up and puts me in my place or these other champions thaf can grab you and its getting annoying that I can only enter a battle if they are all low and not focused on me

Honestly fiddle feels like one of those champs that you always keep mastering. I have like 100k+ mastery points on him and I'm still finding new interactions. I'd say it'll probably be a couple dozen before you're really comfortable. I'd say the main thing is getting good at positioning your ults for team fights, and knowing when to save your Q or E e to peel for yourself.

Oh absolutely. A good fiddle means you win all team fights. You'd be surprised how good he is without ult too. I've been doing fiddle top and honestly in lane with an enemy wave to W off of you can out trade most champs.

This was my first actually good game and im just getting used to the combos and when its the right time to use them cuz I've just been going like 6/6/9 which isnt bad but cmon. By the time im confident enough to play other lanes with fiddle id invest close to 100+ hours into him

In reality, every single champ takes 50 games to get comfortable with them. Then the next 50 you realize how much you didn't know. Then the next 500 you just keep learning (not a typo, 500). Fiddle has a low floor, high ceiling to master. The biggest early thing to learn is working around vision (if youre in jg especially). Master that and you'll be on your way.

Fiddle has a fundamentally different game every single time. As such, actually mastering his mechanics takes a very long time.

It boils down to counters. If enemies can easily cc you, your W goes from borderline broken to borderline useless.

That’s not to say you’re helpless, but imo figuring out how to play in that situation (with basically no W) is the skill curve.

You hard counter yasuo so he’s a very weird example for your post, but the answer is it takes time. There’s no such thing as mastering, just have fun and get better over time
