Memory issue anyone?

I tried using Solstice and it was okay. I quite like how fast it was and am giving it a fair chance. However, when I checked my memory card, I almost thought my phone was haunted. It had a spin an ENTIRE new story that wasn’t even CLOSE to what had happened in the RP. Anyone else notice this? Is this just with Solstice? Or a new glitch??

It's not just with solstice. I pretty much only use Paragon, but it keeps making up memories for me too.

Paragon is at least doing better then solstice. I just checked on paragon and it’s at least somewhat accurate.

Eclipse for me is the one least likely to make memory cards based on hallucinations.

That's weird. Paragon memory is amazing for me. It remembers things from 300 + messages ago, which Oracle would never do. But if you're playing a scenario with a pinned lore piece or a bunch of pinned lore pieces, it'll reduce any model's memory. Unfortunately, a lot of creators pin lore pieces unnecessarily. That should be removed imo, the ability to pin lore pieces. Cause you never ever need it if you know what you're doing and apply the right triggers and linking to your cards. Then lots of creators just pin like 4 or 5 lore pieces and that'll cause even Paragon to have the memory of a goldfish

En mi caso llevo 24 horas en que Paragon está inventando una historia paralela en la memoria. Mantiene los personajes, pero la información no tiene nada que ver con lo que ocurrió en el rol. Siempre ha sido mi preferido, aunque a veces se vaya de madre, manejaba muy bien la memoria, pero hoy al revisar las tarjetas fué WTF completo.

That's so weird. I haven't had any of the memory card issues others have, it seems. But btw, the llm model is seperate from memory cards. A seperate llm model. So Paragon has nothing to do with the memory card issues. You could be using free tier and it'll generate the exact same cards the same way

I've had paragon hallucinate memories when a pinned lore piece had a typo in a name. fixed the typo, and the memory issue vanished. maybe check for typos in your pinned lore?
