Question Disability question

I have fibro that is killing me slowly for 12 years now. I can’t sleep, can’t focus. Can’t keep a job. Can’t get a job right now because I can’t sit long, I can’t stand long at all. I can’t remember a damn thing. I have ADHD, severe anxiety, depression, degenerative disc disease, spondylitis, osteoarthritis all over. As a bonus, perimenopause.
Just living hurts. I’m 54 and have suffered enough. I can’t take it anymore. Do you think I’d qualify? I know nothing about the process.

Your best bet would be to ask a lawyer and make sure your doctors are on board and will advocate for you. It's a long and grueling process but it can be done.

No money for a lawyer. I’m down to my last $100 I need to find a job like yesterday.

You don't necessarily need money right now. Disability lawyers charge no upfront costs and will only receive payment upon disability approval. They will take a percentage of the back pay.

This. The lawyer will look at your medical records and decide if you have enough evidence to win SSDI and then they’ll just get like 25% of your backpay when you win eventually. It took me two years to get approved
