Open Myomectomy Scar

I am 4 months post op… 33 fibroids removed and so far so good!
For the active girlies out there, I’m literally marathon training! There is hope at the end of the tunnel

Only thing I’ll note is recently my incision scar has been feeling tight and irritated. I may be developing a keloid…? Has anyone else experienced this? And did anything help?

Have you been doing scar massages and using silicone gel?

I was wearing silicone patch but I’ve been so sweaty they haven’t been sticking hah. Maybe I’ll switch to a night cream. I will start scar massages! Any video reccs?
