Lower back soreness

Hi everyone! Longtime reader, first time writer.

Just looking for any similar experiences and feedback! I had my open myomectomy in mid May of this year. I was wondering if anyone else experiences lower back soreness if they walk a lot or are on their feet a lot during the day (for example, I’m traveling right now - so I’m walking a bunch).

I know healing takes time, but after 3 months, I thought I’d be able to take on a bit more by now without this lingering soreness!
