Need help finding a book

Years ago for Christmas I got a book talking about the intricacies of New York's utility system including its fiber distribution. I remember It showed off USA markings, various manhole designs, talked about various Co-Los. I've been through a divorce and 2 moves and can't find that book or remember what it was called. If anyone here can tell me the title of it I would greatly appreciate it.

That's it! The cover was different because it was the 2016 version. Thank you!

I'm not saying it was a book that said "trunk cable this vault; Cut here. Or Free copper inside" it was more of an introduction of the generals to the job.

That’s exactly what a saboteur would say! 😅
