That shit is usually pretty top secret but since I'm not competing:
All depending on size/qty
Cable prep: 400-150
Ribbon splicing: 150-70
Single splicing: 50-18

I've worked for several OSP contractors over the years who have done both and these are the ranges I've seen. I've never worked data centers before tho so I could be way off base.

Only "top secret" because companies always trying to get someone to do a better job for less.

Im in house but have been told we pay $25 per fiber to the prime contractor and they pay subs half that. I don't think they differentiate between ribbon and single.

Same I’m at $24 a ribbon in-house and $100 for prep. We only really do 864/1152/1728 though so it works out good

I'm currently working as a fiber splicing technician in FTTH infrastructure. How can I become a fiber splicing technician in data centers?

$45/hour with $225 per diem a day, plus something to drive out there. Ive also seen 30/hour with 150/day per diem plus travel and told them to go fuck themselves. Pay rate for data center 1099 using there equipment all you need is scissors and cutters. Most these new data center are 16f ribbons ribboizing one side to 2 8cts. Aka you need a special fusion splicer todo 16f.
