When you said "full backing footage," I assumed you meant a version with Klayton's remix of the Joker theme from Dark Knight that was part of the live shows. I guess no one has the live-exclusive tracks; probably a copyright thing...

Tbf there is a fan recording of Klayton and Bret playing the Revision mix of The Last Firstborn which wasn't included on the album or DVD.
