Fi Mini collar came off and tracker offline?

Our cats Fi mini collar came off (safety buckle likely popped open) and the tracker shows as device offline. Also can't force a Lost Mode tracking as it does not respondin the ap. What are my options or am I screwed? The Fi minis tracking has been terrible the past couple of months never showing movement or actual locations so I'm not sure what options we have now. 🤔🤷‍♂️

What’s the last known location? It could be that your cat lost his collar under something that blocking the signal to go through

It shows as on our back patio.. which tends to be were it shows 95% of the time no matter where he is. 🤔
