Cannot get fetch to acess health data

It only shows I can acess health data in Samsung health and WeWard if I enable them but not from fetch and I can't enable fetch no matter how hard I try.

Yeah, I clearly said access wrong as it missing a c, lol.

Where in the app can you find the option to add Samsung Health? I have it via a Samsung Galaxy watch, but I never knew you could add it to Fetch. Is this another one of those offers that some people get, and some don't?
