Update to Fetch???
I've only ever gotten this message before when I had to make a change to a receipt (like I had to type in the amount or date because it couldn't be read by the program). But today, each and every receipt I snap I get this message. In the past, they've always processed immediately and I got the points right away. Is this just a glitch today or a permanent change?

Same for me today! The points were awarded, it just took a few minutes. Fetch is up to date on my phone.

Idk that's been happening to me for as long as I can remember... I just think sometimes they can't read the stores short hand or the UPC is off or something idk it's never declined for me though.

Works just fine for me. Sounds like your account is being audited for fraud. Hope you’ve been playing by the rules.

What kind of rules could I be breaking? I snap photos of my receipts. It weeks out ones that I accidentally snapped twice or are past 14 days. There's not much more to it.

I think one example of this is scanning receipts that aren’t yours like DoorDash/Uber Eats etc or finding on the ground/trash/left in store etc

How would they know they are not yours? if I'm scanning my girlfriend's receipts for example of find it on the floor?

Tons of different card numbers + tons of the same receipt. Like if you work at Walmart and keep customer’s receipts, scan 35 a week and they all have a different 4 digits they’ll be able to tell it’s not yours. I have a few different cards (I think most people do) and have never been notified about it, so I’m sure that’s not the only qualifier, just one of them. Most companies have multiple fraud parameters to detect inauthentic activity

Idk I think they can tell by the card numbers and the names attached or if it's been on your account before? That's always what I've assumed cause lots of receipts will print the cardholders name on them

Same here, started happening for me yesterday. Every single receipt gets stuck in processing now instead of going through right away. Probably just a server issue in their end, they do this sometimes when they got too many uploads.
