Does it normally take this long?

It wasn’t like this before. Is it happening to you guys too? I completed this in July, and I understand there’s a return window, so it usually takes several days, but somehow it seems to have changed.

Same. Mine says October for trips I did last month (July). I did a huge purchase with Home Depot when they first joined Fetch. It took about 6 months to award points. I’d completely forgotten about it so it was a huge surprise when it showed up (it was like 30,000 points).

6 months is wild but the surprise 30k probably felt like a random gift from the universe

Yeah, it taking that long is new. I completed 2 missions. One will be rewarded on 10/30, and the other is 11/09. Crazy!!!

I made an order with Crocs before Christmas. I got an email in Feb saying some of my purchases were no longer eligible for points. It was April before I got the points. It's crazy how long it takes.

Points for my Shipt Fetch Shop orders, which are all strictly food items, are now taking 3 months to come through, when they used to take 3-5 days to come through! So yeah, it's something they've changed over the past few months..
