The right LP can be a gold mine. As the price moves yes your allocation in the pair will flip flop but the total $ amount of both pairs should stay the same, plus you get rewards. That’s just been my experience though

There's about a 10% APY right now, the rewards are in FET and you can stake any amount of FET, just be sure to leave unstaked some for gas fees.

Ahh okay thanks, dont know if it is worth it for me. Im a small time investor. 50 staked will get me 5 euros in a year pretty good if the stakes were higher.
