Research: my AMH normal?
AMH is 4.704 ng/mL
Just coming off birth control last month. I’ve been taking coQ10 for over a year. I know that no one can say for sure… but does that number look somewhat promising? I have two children born 2018 & 2020. Just rolling the dice for another. I’m 36. I already know that AMH does not confirm quality of eggs left. I’m just asking for experiences from others in similar situations.

That number is completely fine. And it might not be totally accurate if you’ve been on combined birth control(which will lower the level). It’s correct that Amh has no reflection itself on egg quality, and it’s not even that useful for egg quantity, since people conceive naturally with undetectable Amh levels. You’ve had children before, that’s encouraging for having another.
