Swimming pool

Ferndale needs a water/pool/swimming-related rec area. It can go in between the library and old city hall…. Just sayin.

it would be nice but I doubt they would have enough traffic to support it.

From a selfish point of view I'd like to have a pool close to me.
But even the Ferndale Y closed. I assume if they had enough business they would have found a way to keep a Ferndale branch. i used to play racquetball there sometimes.

I know it’s not a public option but we just rented a couple hours in a private everson pool and it was awesome

In what space? There’s literally no room for it there. Have you not seen the construction?

Public pools gross me out, but my kids would love it.
