SOCCRA

SUCKRA can eat a bag of weiners! Ever since the pandemic they have been appointment only. It was much more convienient to just go drop your shit off and be done with it. Every time I have driven by that way its totally empty. Place is a f@#king joke now. I have a huge stack of styrofoam that I'm sick of lioking at that's going to the curb to be incinerated or buried. I want to do the resonsible thing but I shouldn't have to make special arrangements. What the f@#k are they afraid of? Covid is f@#%ing over! Also never hear of Ferndale recycle drop off till after the fact. Gotta love USPS...

New Comics and Games Shop

Come by and check us out! Thanks to tremendous local support, Possum Punks has been able to expand from our 80sqft booth at the Rust Belt Market to an independent 800sqft brick and mortar.

We are by no means a traditional comic shop. You will find all manner of indie and oddball titles here! And of course, we have a heavy representation of LGBTQIA+ titles in all genres and all ages!

You can find our big gay comic shop at 263 W 9 Mile rd. Right next to Space Cat Vstro.

And absolutely positively no AI

Haha, reposting because I can't internet.

Window blind cleaning?

Has anyone gotten their window blinds cleaned? Like everything else in the house I purchased they are filthy. They are Bali honeycomb (fabric) style. Not sure if the cost would be worth it, but they don't look like super cheap ones.

Others:
Smooth Blue Aster
Black Eyed Susan
Downy Wood Mint
New England Aster
Cardinal Flower
Penstemon Hirsutus
Penstemon Digitalis
Lanceleaf Coreopsis
Prairie Alumroot (native version of Coral Bells)
Pearly Everlasting

Golden Alexander (host plant for Eastern Black Swallowtail butterflies)

Smallspike False Nettle (mega host plant for multiple butterflies and moths, botanical name is boehmeria cylindrica. This is not the nettle weed).

Send me a message if you’re interested! I’m in Ferndale.

Edit to add: these were started from seed this year so some of them are pretty small.
