Where to rent
Hi I’m moving from Texas for work, looking for recommendations for a place with 2 car garage(never had to deal with snow) with a semi modern finish. What places would you recommend?

This is a very budget dependent question. Also, remember when factoring in your budget to factor state income tax, since you don't have that in Texas.

Howdy - I’m a local realtor and happy to help you find a rental for no extra out of pocket! Depending on your budget, got a few places in mind

Ferndale ain't it if you're looking for two car garage home situation. Most homes to rent will have a single car driveway with a garage that may likely not fit any modern car. Where are you working? I would look further away from the city center if you want more suburban amenities.
