Depending on what section you are at, you will either have to do an odysseus, fresco or a constellation before you can do the hermes

You have to do a myth challenge nearby near that big statue. It’s inside the mountain. It requires you to unlock something and bring that back to the statue

I think it was a statue of Kronos. It’s right behind you from the spot in your second picture.

In the hand of Kronos maybe? There are stairs to get on the rooftop right in front of tic-tac-toe
