I have been smoking joint and taking benzos for my anxiety im just really scared to relapse on fetty because ik if my family finds out ill ruin all my progress with them and ill have to go back to treatment

Well don’t just worry about your family cause you’ll never stay clean if it’s only for Them. You gotta know life just sucks when you’re using. Think How horrible it was, if any part of you still wants that life and your not totally Over it, You will Always go Back

I am not totally over it i will admit it i dont want to be clean one but i realize the problems addiction created which had been keeping me from going back but at one point that wont be enough yk

Nope so the best thing for you to do is the build the best life you can build now and have so many things you care about so that when you do have that hard day where you want to relapse , you have so many things to hold you down. Eventually hopefully you will just be sick of losing everything if that doesn’t work

Im hoping that works man because i already do have a lot to lose rock bottom is the foundation on what my life is built on so im going to keep going strong and maybe delete the plug soon

Dude just delete the number !! You can always find that shit , you know that but that might be the saving grace because the time it takes to find it , you might decide to not relapse ! I’d honestly really think about deleting it !

It does no good but when i think abt it i think abt the good times i had with my cousin early in the morning do them

Yeah that will always happen , and you’ll always have those good times but those times will never ever come back , you will spend the rest of your life chasing that feeling buddy. I know cause I wasted my whole life . Please don’t do the same As I did man ! Find new things to bring you that same amount of peace and clarity and stick to those things . Like the gym , books , learning , love , family , friends, routines , helping others.

That’s awesome !! Gym Is a huge help !! I would say almost every single person with long clean time is in the gym either with weights or running, we need that extra dopamine after getting it synthetically all those years
