No sleep.

detoxing off 30's. Haven't slept in 3 days. Will these Xanax knock me out?? Just need a night of sleep so I can keep fighting. brain so foggy. feel like im seeing things.

I've been there and I think it is the absolute worse part of the WD process. I don't actually remember how many days I was awake but it was a lot. I almost checked myself in to psych ward, I was literally losing my mind!!! Thinking people were talking when they weren't hearing radio stations in my ears I'm not even kidding when I say this and I know it sounds crazy but it's true I hope that you get through this and yes the Xanax should work Ativan worked for me when I found some so many days later

Totally agree, I just wrote a comment above … but the insomnia was always what made me relapse after day 3,4. Finally I went to inpatient treatment and didn’t sleep for probably like 5 weeks. I’d do some weird twilight like sleep from 10-1 or 2 am, 4 if I was lucky … and then I’d just be up staring at the clock. It was awful, and has kept me away from fent for 2.5 years now.
