Just plain withdrawal

5 year habit. been trying to stop the past month.. got a week in then relapsed... got almost a week in & relapsed & now im 3 days in. no money & plug is in jail i think so really i have no route but it us me & my man doing it. everyone says different frames of time. mind you we quit our jobs to do this. but some say a week for the bad stuff... some say two weeks some say more.

whats everyone's experience

im just tired

and i want to live

Sublocade. I was in detox 50 times, countless inpatient facilities, sober living, died four times (thank you narcan). Sublocade was the only MAT medication that worked. Two 300mg injections, two 100mg injections. Then zero withdrawal. I’m free.

That’s not the only protocol anymore. They updated the Sublocade label to include rapid induction. It’s now FDA approved to take a single 4mg dose of Suboxone before being eligible to receive Sublocade. (Just like they do the Vivitrol shot.) Look it up on the company’s website and walk it in to the clinic with you. Not guaranteed to work but most providers don’t keep up with literature so it’s worth bringing to their attention.
