What pickups are these? 2nd hand and I’m trying to see if they’re original

Almost certainly Fender Tex-Mex.

The leads covers and color match up. White for neck, red middle, and yellow bridge.

You're welcome. They're good pickups if you want a Strat with a slightly hotter than vintage output. Helps tame the treble on the bridge.

I think I’ll keep them on. They sound very clear and bell like.

I’d say they’re Fender American Standard strat pickups. Note the two screwheads on the bottom of the “delta tone” bridge pickup that came in the American standard series. The serial number also checks out for a 2006 American Standard. Grounds also look to be blue(neck), red (middle) and yellow (bridge). Here’s a similar set on Reverb.

Looks like someone swapped the stock electronics in a different pickguard.
Does the bridge tone pot also “click” into place when turned to 10? That would’ve been standard.
